Deposit Policy
A minimum deposit of £300 is required to reserve a vehicle.
The deposit will hold the vehicle for a maximum of 3 days only. After this period, the vehicle may be released for sale if the customer has not proceeded with the purchase.
Deposit Refund Conditions
Deposits are only refundable if the customer physically visits our site, completes a viewing and test drive, and then decides not to proceed with the purchase.
If the customer does not visit the site within the 3-day holding period, the deposit is non-refundable.
Deposits are also non-transferable to another vehicle unless agreed upon in writing by TMMC.
Viewing & Test Drive Requirement
The refund policy is subject to the customer completing a viewing and test drive at our dealership.
If the customer attends the site, views the vehicle, and test-drives it but chooses not to proceed, they are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
If the customer does not attend the site within the agreed 3-day period, the deposit will be retained by TMMC.
Refund Request Process
Step 1: Attend the Site
- Customers must visit TMMC within the 3-day holding period for their deposit to be eligible for a refund.
Step 2: Request Refund (If Applicable)
- If, after completing the viewing and test drive, the customer decides not to proceed, they can request a deposit refund at the dealership.
Step 3: Refund Processing
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
Important Notes
A deposit does not guarantee indefinite vehicle reservation—it holds the vehicle for 3 days only.
Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances if the customer fails to visit the dealership within the 3-day period.
Refund requests must be made in person at TMMC—refunds will not be processed via phone or email.
